San Jose’s GrandView launches farm-to-table weekend brunch

San Jose’s GrandView restaurant now offers farm-to-table weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 15005 Mount Hamilton Road. Owner Maurice Carrubba and Chef Miguel Velasquez use eggs, produce and herbs from GrandView Farms on Mount Hamilton, including about 800 tomato plants and 400 eggs per week. The brunch menu features French toast, three eggs Benedict varieties, chicken and waffles, steak-and-egg options, sandwiches and salads. The local sourcing and views of Silicon Valley anchor the new offering.
